Accessing your account settings on mobile
On bos 138, your account settings are accessible from any screen. If you're using our Android app, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner, then select "Account Settings." On iOS, open bos138.win in Safari, log in, and tap the account icon in the top-right corner. Both paths take you to the same settings dashboard.
The settings dashboard is organized into clear sections: Profile, Security, Payments, Notifications, and Session Management. Each section contains related settings that you can adjust independently. We've kept the interface minimal so you can find what you need quickly, even on a small phone screen.
Account settings on bos 138 are designed so you stay in control without getting lost in menus.
Profile and personal information
Your profile section contains your basic account information: username, email address, phone number, and date of birth. On bos 138, you can update your email and phone number anytime from your mobile device. If you need to change your username, contact our support team — we handle username changes manually to prevent account confusion.
We also display your account verification status in this section. When you first create your bos 138 account, you'll need to verify your identity by uploading a photo ID and proof of address. This verification process is straightforward on mobile: you can take a photo of your ID with your phone camera, crop it if needed, and upload it directly through the app. We typically verify documents within a few hours during business hours.
Security settings and two-factor authentication
Your security settings are where you manage your password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), and review your active login sessions. On bos 138, we recommend enabling 2FA for added protection. When 2FA is active, you'll receive a code via SMS or email each time you log in from a new device. This prevents unauthorized access even if someone obtains your password.
You can change your password anytime from the security section. We require passwords to be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen — we'll send you a reset link via email, and you can create a new password from your phone.
Managing your login sessions
In the security section, you can see all active login sessions — which devices are currently logged into your account. If you see a session you don't recognize, you can log it out immediately from this screen. This is useful if you've logged in on a shared device or if you suspect unauthorized access.
We also show you the last login time and location (city level) for each session. This helps you spot unusual activity. If you notice a login from an unexpected location, change your password and enable 2FA if you haven't already.
Payment methods and transaction history
Your payments section displays all your saved payment methods and your complete transaction history. On bos 138, we support multiple payment options: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). You can add new payment methods directly from your mobile account settings.
To add a payment method, tap "Add Payment Method," select the type (mobile wallet or bank transfer), and follow the prompts. For mobile wallets, we'll verify your account with the payment provider. For bank transfers, we'll ask for your account number and bank name. Once verified, the payment method is saved and ready to use for deposits and withdrawals.

Notifications and communication preferences

For Android users, notifications arrive through our app. For iOS users, you can enable browser notifications in Safari settings — once enabled, you'll receive alerts even when the bos 138 website isn't open. You can also choose to receive notifications via email instead of push notifications if you prefer.
Account preferences and regional settings
Your preferences section lets you customize your bos 138 experience. You can set your preferred language (English is the default for this build), your time zone, and your currency display. We also let you set a session timeout — if you're inactive for a set period, we'll automatically log you out for security.
If you're traveling between cities like Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, you can update your time zone in settings so that game schedules and notifications display in your local time. This is especially useful during major events like Liga 1 matches or Piala AFF tournaments, where timing matters.
Support and account recovery
If you encounter issues with your account — such as a forgotten password, a locked account, or a discrepancy in your balance — our support team is available to help. From your account settings, you can access our support contact options: live chat, email, and phone. We respond in English and aim to resolve most issues within a few hours.
For account recovery, we'll verify your identity by asking for information only you would know (such as your registered email, phone number, or recent transactions). This verification process protects your account from unauthorized access. Once verified, we can help you regain access or resolve any account issues.
